Description
Join us for four Mondays in August, where we'll explore exciting themes each week like "Summer Beach Fun," "Safari Adventure," or "Nature Camping." Your child will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and play mindful games that help build self-confidence, self-expression, and body awareness. We'll also get creative with crafts and art projects, and enjoy engaging stories and books!
This series is designed to enhance focus, emotional regulation, cooperation, flexibility, strength, and balance in a supportive and playful environment.
