Outdoor Yoga with Alpacas at Whistling Valley Farm

When humans interact with animals, it triggers a release in our brains which can lessen stress and anxiety. Join Alyssa Ploessl at Whistling Valley Farm (N1792 Ryan Road, Lodi WI) for a fun 1-hour, all-levels Flow and meditation class in the alpaca field! Afterwords, socialize with the alpacas and enjoy some light refreshments while learning more about these amazing animals.

What to bring: a yoga mat (and a towel to place under your mat if you are concerned about dirt), a water bottle, weather-appropriate attire (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc).

This event is open to adults and children 12 and up. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. 

Register by 5/24 for the early bird rate of $25.00, after 5/24 the cost will be $30.00

 

Minimum registered to run this workshop is 10, max number of people is 30.
